Here is a really tasty dish that turns ordinary pasta and chicken into a dreamy buffalo chicken casserole! It's over the top mac and cheese with chicken and hot sauce. This is our go to recipe when we have leftover roasted chicken and a game day get together. I really love this dish using leftover chicken of any kind especially grilled chicken. When we have leftover grilled boneless chicken it brings a smokier flavor and a little different. Rotisserie chicken will work in this recipe great. Either way you will be asked to make this again and again for all those buffalo chicken or mac and cheese fans! Two great tastes in one pan!
When I have a get together with family and friends especially on a game day, this is my go to recipe. Buffalo chicken is always a kegemarane with everyone, so is macaroni and cheese.
I wanted to make everything all in one pan. The flavors were perfect together.
A little heat in the chicken and macaroni plus the blends of cheeses just took the whole dish to a new level of yum.
Everyone loved it. Actually I had none left. It all went fast! I know to make a double batch of this next time.
Sometimes I used leftover chicken breasts or in a hurry I have even boiled some boneless chicken breasts, shredded them add the sauce in the saute pan.
It still came out great! I really don't think anyone can mess up this easy buffalo chicken mac and cheese casserole it's so easy to make. The only perkara is there are no leftovers!
One of my kegemarane ways to make chicken is roasting it in the oven.
I take a whole chicken, roast it and if there are any leftovers, it's perfect for this casserole dish.
You can even use store bought package chicken already cut into cubes.
If you're in a hurry, just pick up some grilled or roasted chicken and take it off the bone.
I have always had picky eaters. They just like the same old same old.
Mac and cheese, wings, pizza you know the common game day foods. Cheese is always a big hit no matter what I put it on.
The kids love cheese. This buffalo chicken mac and cheese can have more that what the recipe calls for.
There is never too much cheese in anything right? This casserole was a huge hit.
If you have a family that loves chicken wings and mac and cheese you just hit the jackpot of all casserole dishes. Thank me later.

Instructions:
Preheat panggangan to 350 degrees and grease a large casserole dish.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, season with salt, and add the pasta and cook until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
In the meantime, in a large skillet over medium high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and stir in the

together until well combined. Put the chicken mixture in a bowl and set aside.
Melt 2 tbsp. butter in the skillet over medium heat and whisk in the flour and mustard powder
until smooth. Then whisk in the milk and cream and add the remaining 1/2 cup of hot sauce
and stir until thick. Whisk in the cheddar and pepper jack cheese until melted and smooth then whisk in the sour cream until all evenly blended.
Bake for 40 minutes or until browned and bubbly. I like to broil it a few seconds to get really brown on top.
