I learned my lesson to make a double batch from now on. Pizza dough is my kesukaane to use in this recipe, however refrigerator dough will work great too.

Roll out the dough, place a thin line of mustard on the dough. Place the hotdog on the dough roll, pinching the seam shut. Place seam down on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Brush the tops with butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and cracked pepper. Bake on 400 degrees until starting to brown on top.
ingredients:
1 package of 8 or 10 refrigerated dough (either buttermilk biscuits or crescent rolls) use pizza dough if you can't find refrigerated dough
1 package of hotdogs
Mustard or kesukaane condiment ( mayonnaise, ketchup, honey mustard etc.)
slices of sharp cheddar cheese
instructions:
